Carlos is the Chief Product Officer of Bindle Systems, a self-sovereign digital identity that is devoted to the problem of COVID Health Credentials. He comes from IT Consulting, followed by a decade-long stint at American Express driving digital innovation. In 2014, Carlos founded Pasig&Hudson, a business incubation firm devoted to bringing disruptive technology to global emerging markets, with special attention to Southeast Asia. Bindle Systems was founded in June of 2020, to bring modern cryptography and blockchain technology to the problem of sharing medical records for the purposes of reopening the economy during the Global Pandemic.
