Charlie & the Changelings are a folk-rock band based out of Boise Idaho. The lead singer and songwriter, Charlie Sutton, is a multi instrumentalist and describes his style as, “country fried folkabilly”, blending country blues, rockabilly, garage and American primitive guitar. Charlie Sutton’s latest release, Primitive Songs for Modern Times, was released in January of 2020, his band will be showcasing these songs by way of: psychedelic surf guitar, resonator slide, minor key banjo, standup bass and ethereal lap steel.
