About

Kaite Justice is the director of City Go, downtown Boise’s transportation management association. Kaite has been working in transit for the past five years. Kaite has overseen a variety of transportation initiatives from refugee job-access programs to integrated fare payment systems to developing the first transportation management association in Idaho. She serves on the Association for Community Transportation’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, Pacific Intermountain Parking and Transportation Association’s Education and Training Committee and is the transportation co-chair for the Neighbors United Refugee Collaborative of Boise. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Political Economy from The College of Idaho and a master’s degree from the University of Washington in Sustainable Transportation. Kaite is a Boise native and when she is not talking transit you can find her reading, paddle boarding, camping, or running.
